Our experience with Mitcham plumbing has been nothing but excellent. The boys have excellent product knowledge and are there to give you the best advice, definitely a notch above all other larger flashy plumbing fixture stores with trained salespeople with very little technical knowledge

We have recently renovated our main bathroom, separate toilet and ensuite. Thanks to the professional, helpful and friendly staff at MPS we were able to purchase quality products at a reasonable price. Their showroom was easy to choose from with some good Australian made fittings. Our Faucet Strommen rain showerhead is fantastic! Scott's extensive knowledge of the products and Cameron's helpful and cheery service meant our experience as first time renovators was so much smoother - on time and within budget. Thanks guys - we will be back.

Renovated 2 bathrooms and a kitchen 25 years ago and purchased all taps, sinks, vanities, bathtubs, showers and toilets from Mitcham Plumbing Supplies (Plumbtec 553 Whitehorse Rd) with guidance from Scott, taking up a lot of his time. All the fittings still work perfectly today and vanities, sinks and toilets are near pristine. They stock quality products and their level of knowledge and extremely courteous manner is something you simply don’t see anymore. Today I walked in for some parts and explained what I was trying to achieve (I’m not a plumber). Their advice, as always, was spot on and the parts they selected did the job perfectly. It was Cam that provided the service. Seriously good mob if you want quality parts, brilliant advice, and decent service. What I find amazing is that they’ve been giving that level of service for so long. Good onya.

I went into their showroom looking for help with replacing a broken toilet seat. Reece Bathrooms quoted me $175.00 for the toilet seat and I felt I could not justify such a high price so I ended up at Mitcham Plumbtec and they could not do enough to help me resolve me problem.

They found the right one and ordered it. They called me when it was ready to pick up and when I could not figure out how to install it, they could not do enough to help me again.

They also have a great range of bathroom fittings and vanities etc so I will be going back again as soon as I am ready to renovate my scanky bathroom from the 80s.

I love this team and I wish them all the very best.
